I WISH I COULD DO THAT, BUT I DON'T THINK CUSTOMERS SHOULD PAY FOR MY ERRORS
What is the working time of the Locktite product? I noticed that the adhesive was in rope like strings it appeared on the test diaphrams? I suggest using a rsmall rubber roller to apply it to both surfaces and then quickly press them together.
Cure time was about 3 days....I put it on with a syringe. That's why it looked the way it did. I may use your idea....Kinda like doing laminate!
I also suggest never doing a full run with an unknown product just because some engineer told you it was good. I work with engineers and correct their mistakes all the time--some of them are ugly and stupid mistakes, this appers to be one of them.
ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE CORRECT!!!
When all this got started nobody really considered how diffucult a material that silicone is to work with--except for Bryan. Can they mold the center into the diaphram?
MOLD MAKER NOR I LIKED THE RESULTS......
Send me one of the damaged ones and let me see if I can clean the gunk off of it and make it bond then I will send it back to you. If it comes back with bullet holes in it you will know I was not successful.![]()
I'LL SELL A FEW. PRODUCT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD AFTER THE OVEN.....RIGHT NOW I'M OFF TO LAKE PERRY KANSAS TO JOIN IN A GATHERING OF SEVERAL THOUSAND OTHERS OF MY KIND!!!
