Guy wants $500 bones for this. I don't need it, but I am curious as to WT Hell is rigged to this early DAAM. Check out the mouth piece and also the rather strange Waterlung connector.

Sorry for the bump, but what about the possibility of a jerry-rigged crude surface air line feature? Assuming early DAAM's don't have a hookah port (I'm not too educated on variations of DA regs), that would be my guess for it's use. Just have a guy on the surface with a bike pump and an extended line - many commercial full face snorkelling masks at the time used similar principles. Correct me if I'm wrong on anything, I'm not entirely sure and just speculating.The attachment on the mouthpiece sure looks like a tire valve, but I can't imagine why.
