02bottles and demand regulator for something aircraft related ?
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB

Rob nailed down the company and I tend to think it was SCBA as well.

SCBA, The regulator label is FPI http://the-fpi.com/. The CABA sticker is , compressed air breathing apparatus, a term used in other countries. The large threaded fitting on the regulator is for the full face mask hose.
Years ago we had similar SCBA's at work. The regulator was on the waist strap supplied by an HP hose and the mask was supplied by a large corrugated hose. The regulator had a low pressure warning bell in it and a bypass valve to swap from demand to free flow.
