Possible opportunity for Double hosers

Sat Nov 11, 2006 12:17 pm

I ran into one of the fellas responsible for recovering a B-17 bomber from a lake in Finland. he was telling me of the project, and some of the dives. The aircraft is Trenton Ontario being restored, and from what I understand is nearly complete. he was saying one of their next projects would be here in the Ottawa area, saying that there is some rather nice "things' down in the river.

I asked him if they were using double hose regs. he replied no, and found it a nuissacne with the singles because of the bubbles. we exchanged email addy's . I did mention that there isd a core group of people who use this kit daily and it is fully fucntional as new from the factory. he seemed quite interested and would stay in touch. This he did, and asked for some folow up on the DH regs.

I will take him to the government pool, and let him try my RAM that Bryan blessed with his expertise . This should knock his socks off. Once i find out more about the project here, I will let you know. Perhaps he will be looking for extra divers
