Repairing old Cordura items

This may have come up before, not sure, but I have a few old Cordura nylon items that have the urethane coating peeling off from the interior. Typical of old BCs for example. I had tried to repair this before and used a spray on sealer but recently found this stuff:



I put it in another container and then using a foam brush paint it onto the interior side of the item. Obviously you need interior access and will need to hold the bladder bag (for a BC) away for the duration of the drying. Not sure how long it will last but it seems to restore some of the body to the Cordura. You really have to clean the surface to be recoated. Again, not sure of the long term results.
