The main diaphragm isn't so much of a problem regarding reproduction. The original one I have in the reg will suffice for now. I am looking at getting some cloth inserted neoprene rubber sheet 2mm thick and using some hand punches (1/32, 1/8 and 3/8ths) cut me a new one. On the video I said it was a balanced first which is incorrect. Luckily, I set IP with a 400 psi tank at approximately 135 +- 5. Bottom line is if you do over-pressurize the downstream seat of the 2nd stage it WILL release at approximately 180. Don't ask how I know this. I made my tool using an old low pressure hose that I modified the reg screw with a file and use O-rings for a seal along with an IP gage and just firmly hold it in the 2nd stage area (hole) and get a fairly good reading just like the book says. Yes it will pop and hiss. The diagram shows the C-3n Though I have a C-2 and the book covers only C-3 and C-3n. Bryan won't let me upload more than three pics.
