7th Annual Historical Divers ́Meeting 2013 - Neustadt/ Wstr. - Germany :D :D :D

Program:
Saturday June 15th

11:00 – 13:00 Visit to Lenhardt & Wagner in 68623 Hüttenfeld
Hüttenfeld is only 30 minutes by car from Neustadt, while Lenhardt & Wagner are one of the leading companies in the field of high-pressure applications. While visiting them we will be able to see Bernd Wagner’s collection of historic diving gear. Mr. Wagner intends to sell various parts, which he considers do no fit into his collection.

Saturday June 15th - Restaurant “Königsbacher Winzerstuben“

16:30 - We will meet at the “Königsbacher Winzerstuben” restaurant near Neustadt.

16: 30 – 18: 30 - Different lectures on historical diving related themes. The list of lecturers and subjects will be sent out to attendees in a few weeks.

Dinner will begin around 19:00

Sunday, June 16th - Lake Marx

We will drive in convoy, leaving the Panorama Hotel at 08:30 Sunday morning. We will be at Lake Marx all day showing our collections and buying and trading vintage gear of interest. The ”Rheinblick” restaurant is right next to Lake Marx.

Sunday, June 16th
An evening that has become traditional for all who wish to stay until Monday:

We will drive to the “Schloss Deidesheim” in convoy, leaving the Panorama Hotel at 18:45 Sunday evening. Deidesheim is only a few minutes away. A traditional local special menu will be prepared for us. Dinner can also be ordered “a la carte”.

I received the same anouncement from Franz...Looks great! Lots of great programs and goog ole German food

Are you attending again this year?
I plan on attending in the near future but not this year..

It would be my honor to meet and break bread with you and discuss vintage equipment
.
As you may or may not know I am an honorary Brazilian...I was in Barcelona when the Brazilian team defeated Turkey...
Here comes a huge congo line wearing Brazilian shirts winding dowm the main street...I was awe struck..I was standing on the side walk with camera in hand preparing to take photographs when a lovely young gal grabbed me an pulled me into the line.

I protested "I am an American I am not a Brazilan!" You are now an Honorary Brazilian so lets go...and away we went..

Never had so much fun with total strangers in my life..
What great memories!

Thanks Dr. Sam!!! I hope to meet you soon!!! It is always nice to see other Brazilian in any place!!! Hahahaha!! That is a cool history...the Brazilian are very very friendly! :D :D :D
