Merci beaucoup pour ta rapide réponse, surtout pour l'effort que tu as fait de tenter de me répondre en français, ce qui est suffisamment compréhensible. Il faut dire que mon anglais ou mon américain est trop scolaire, pas assez technique.
Comme tu le conseilles, je vais donc essayer de transférer mon message dans la "discussion généraliste" de ce super Forum, puisque mes essais de photos ont bien fonctionné.

Je suis un Plongeur français nouvellement inscrit dans ce site très sympathique et fort attirant car je m'intéresse beaucoup à la plongée vintage que je pratique en plus de la plongée moderne. J'utilise parfois mon "Royal Mistral" de LA SPIROTECHNIQUE qui fonctionne très bien et que j'entretiens moi-même. Je m'introduis dans cette discussion pour voir si je peux, via le site "Image Shack", insérer des photographies de mon Bi-bouteille 2 x 8,5 litres INNODIVE, avec ma Wing "RigPro" DACOR, sa Plaque (Back-plate) aluminium DIVE-RITE et le sanglage modifié par mes soins, où est clampé mon "Royal Mistral" SPIRO au moyen d'un doubleur avec bouchon d'obturation et son adaptatateur à étrier afin qu'il soit centré au maximum, car le bi-bouteille comporte 2 sorties type matériel "DIR Tek". Je fais plusieurs essais, donc merci de votre indulgence.

I enjoyed the photos, looks like an interesting blend of the old & new-ish. Take a shot with your vest inflated and/or you wearing it. I seems as though the reg. is going to sit at about neck-level? Maybe not? It would also be interesting to see the relationship of the reg. and vest and to what degree the vest, with air in it, is encroaching on the regulator. Creating a system where the two work together more harmoniously, while not compromising the positioning of the regulator, relative to your lungs, is something several of the very talented inventor-types here on the board have been working on for some time.
On a personnel note, I would like to be able to read your posts, but my OS is old enough to not have an easily accessed translator built in and I don’t have the patience to leave the board and run through Goog-translate and come back. Additionally, on the trips I have been very fortunate to make to your wonderful country, nobody seemed to appreciate it very much when folks would get off the plane, start yapping in English, and expect all the French to automatically understand. I had much more success making my best effort at French, which was terrible but a respectful gesture none the less, and then after a painful 2-3 minutes the French person could stand no more of it and just speak fluent English back to me. All of which is to say, how about YOU run your posts through the translator first, then we’ll do our best to untangle them.

Moi-même, jai du mal à écrire en anglais ou américain car mon niveau est trop scolaire, pas assez technique. Sinon, pour répondre à tes attentes, voici quelques photos où je sortais d'une plongée un soir d'été à ST-RAPHAEL en Méditerranée française sur la Côte d'Azur. J'étais muni de mon "Royal Mistral" LA SPIROTECHNIQUE, mais ici, même si on ne le voit pas, j'ai bricolé (homemade) une autre Wing avec Plaque (back-plate) en inox dont la vessie est mon ancienne Bouée collerette FENZY que j'ai adaptée afin d'avoir un plus petit volume que ma Wing "Rig Pro" DACOR (plus tard, j'essaierai de mettre des photos de ce bricolage). Mon Masque SOMMAP est volontairement vintage comme ceux de l'Equipe COUSTEAU, mes palmes sont des "Alcyons" SOMMAP types plongeurs militaires et je porte une "Planchette de navigation" que j'ai fabriquée dont un Compas "SK 7" SUUNTO, un Profondimètre mécanique à aiguille traînante MEGASPORT et une Montre de plongée 500 mètres POSEIDON, en plus de mon Ordinateur "Vyper" SUUNTO à mon bras. En cas de problème, j'utilise ici, en back-up, un détendeur 2 étages "Vyper" DACOR.

Ideally, a double hose regulators should be positioned between your shoulder blades. Unlike single hose regulators, double hose regulators are very sensitive to positioning on the body. I am certain that if you get an appropriate back plate and wing (bladder) for the double hose regulator it will dive much better.

Non ici je n'avais pas mon Bi-bouteilles 8,5 litres INNODIVE mais un Mono-bouteille de 15 litres BEUCHAT et, afin de bien respirer sur mon "Royal-Mistral", j'avais relaché mon sanglage en plongée pour que ce détendeur soit au niveau moyen de mes poumons plus bas que l'embout en bouche (sinon je n'aurais pu inspirer aucune goulée d'air) et la plongée s'est très bien passée. Par contre, à la sortie de l'eau, juste au moment des photos pour que tout le matériel ne porte pas trop sur mes reins (c'est lourd et ça fait mal), j'ai volontairement tout resseré au plus près de mon corps ce qui fait que sur la photo, effectivement, on voit la gamelle qui paraît trop haute. Et, comme je l'ai dit, ce n'est pas ma "Rig Pro" DACOR, mais ma FENZY dans le dos.
