Good to know Grainger has them as the local one is only 3 or 4 miles away. I originally got mine from a Parker distributor, but couldn't find the stock numbers again, and they had to special order with the usual delays. Thanks!

Don't let their pressure rating worry you... those babies aren't going anywhere once you snug the nuts down.

Hey, I use CGA540 fittings on my K cylinders of O2 (industry standard)... sorry if this off-topic or already hashed out but Western or Praxair is where I get my fittings. And I don't use a brass washer on the nipple... just metal to metal. Again sorry if this isn't relevant.

This discussion relates to damaged manifold nipples that are so scratched as they will no longer seal 100%. Normally, no washers are used with reasonable torque on nuts. Would prefer a tool to reface the sealing surfaces but have not found one. Therefore, we are using flare gaskets to improve sealing of damaged surfaces.
