He saw one on E-bay but didn't win it. The seller told him where he could buy his very own.. I put it on a very nice Royal he sent me and was told he had 3 other Royals that were that nice or better. Good times......Good times....

What a dick. This guy sounds a lawsuit happy POS and I'm guessing the reason his LDS is being so stand offish is becuase they dealt with him in that capacity. When we had an LDS(it shut down this past Aug.) the owner not only let me bring my gear to the pool, he asked me to bring it and show some students on the boat. He then asked me to order parts for his DH reg. All the pics that were posted on this website of my Healthways in the pool were taken during his Open Water class for the crew of USCGC Maple.

Rest assured sir, that your customer service is second to none. The reason I didn't go to Oxychek for a wing and decided to stick with VDH's prototype when it comes out is that VHD has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced so far in the diving world. In 25 years of diving I've only had 1 bad experience with a trip reservation, but this place rocks. And I'm still thankful for you fixing my Delhi after I sent you a box of parts.

I'm tempted to say buy it back from him becuase I don't think he deserves it.

I can't help but wonder if mafia boy is some sort of blow hard who didn't get the OOHHH's and AAAHHH's he needed from his local diving gods to stroke his ego and now he's throwing a fit.

I think that you have gone above and beyond with this fellow. It kind of reminds me of that guy that had his regulator box smashed in the mail many years back!

 Sorry about that!
The USPS doesn't seem to understand what the word "Fragile" means.
If you have to send something that you are worried about try stenciling N.M.O. on it.
When we handle parcels the Mail Handlers understand that means Non-Machineable Object.
Make sure it is huge, like 3 inches tall and maybe in RED.

I think what stumps me more than anything is that he wanted to give it to his girlfriend for her use not his?

That's why they keep me away from the customers in my job. I'm just here to make the network...work. I'm not here for you. There's a guy in a cheap non-canvassed suit here for that. You are a truly patient individual. I think the customer service is bar none the best. Now you do have to make it past the board curmudgeons to get on the forum, and that should be your real worry as a FNG

I guess I'm like a lot of people.... Some days I'm a delicate flower ....Others not so much. Sometimes I can deal with the nonsense and other days I would rather lick a hot stove as to answer the phone. I have not heard back from the guy in quite a while and there have been a few traded at auction lately so perhaps it is with someone who enjoys it??
