Every year around this time the company does a bunch of charitable things for the local communities: one warm coat, canned food drive, donating to food banks, etc. This year they have the Giving Tree program. A bunch of cardboard stockings hung up around the walls with the name of an underprivileged kid and the toy he/she wants for christmas. I think, "That's a nice thing to do for a kid". So I'm standing outside the VP's office getting ready for the next ass chewing I'm about to receive and I start reading the stockings..."Jimmy wants a robo-something" "Stacy wants a Barbie" Then I get to Salma...I had to read it two or three times before it sank in...
And no, I didn't get it for her...by the time I was done...it was gone
