Should I be pissed or proud??

The LDS I DM for has a Christmas party each year and as part of it they hold a photo contest. Like most years I put some photos in. So I take my photo files to Wal-Mart, put them in the machine and have prints done, fine. I go to pick them up and the guy says, these are pretty good, are they yours? There is "attitude" in his tone. Huh?? Yea I shot them, why? He mumbles something about them looking like professional photos. Then he makes me sign a release with all sorts of legal threats about the trouble I can get in for coping photos that says that I am A: the legal holder of the copyright or B: I have written permission to have them copied from holder of the copyright ..... and then I have to show a photo ID before I can have my photos.

I don't know whether to be pissed or proud.

Just remember he is probably making minimum wage and is highly educated. Take the proud route.

Sounds like a real DH and I'm not talking designated hitter. I'd be pissed at first probably, but he unknowingly paid you a complement.

Yep walmart minimum wage says it all! On a side note, I remember having to sign releases saying I owned stuff when making copies at kinkos.
