Whats the fuss with the duck bill valve?

Fri Nov 05, 2010 4:14 am

The duckbill valve from bryan works great. The only problem I had was folding,Caused by high jumps. After appying silicon to keep it in position,I have 1000 dives with no problem. As far as the reg goes,I have had no reason to service. No free flow at all..So far.The RAM is one tough reg.

If it were not for the VDH duckbill we would be in sad shape. The silly ducks are in ALL of my regulators!! I love those ducks!! Not a thing wrong with them, other than they are duckbills. The "killers" are more or less the advancement of a design improvement for the exhaust. Does it make sense how I said this?
