That looks like a perfect candidate for a new silicone diaphragm, reproduction HP valve, body gasket, and me making a test dive!

You have gotten a real prize! I would love to have one just like it.

It'll be getting it boxed up to send to Bryan very soon to have all those things done to it. It was already in the box in fact. But when I found the green hoses in the mail today I just had to put them on; I couldn't stand it..
As for test dives it will be available at Sand Dog, and you're more than welcome to try it out.. :)

As far as vintage gear is concerned, that's PLAYBOY centerfold quality material 8) .

Where'd ya get the green hoses and mouthpiece? Is Stuart doing another run?

Really won't matter if he does or not. I'm discussing with the folks that are making the voit stuff and the yellow hoses about doing Voit green hoses as well as moutpieces in yellow, black and green. All in 100% silicone...I'm not knocking Stuarts hoses at all, It's just that all this fishing around and trying to beg borrow and steal to get a pair of hoses is just total BS...Plus when I'm done you wont have to worry if the hoses match the mouthpiece.....They will come from the same place at the same time from the same material. And I'll guarantee the prices will be way lower than the original prices on silicone hoses were....

No, these are old production hoses, and the mouthpiece came from Ron Benson. I'm sure Bryan's green silicone hoses and mouthpiece will be awesome, and I'll be first in line for a set. But these neoprene hoses will do very nicely until then, and will also be great for display.. :)

Bryan is my hero, you go Bryan. Oh boy, I already got a green mouthpiece and soon I got green hoses and then all I have to do is save up 3,000 dollars so I can outbid--oh--never mind. Well, it could happen.

I really like your new regulator, that is seriously nice. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Captain has a really nice Voit like that.

Thanks for the kind words Nemrod! :) I'm kind of fond of this reg myself.. :)
And it didn't come from eBay; I could never have afforded it otherwise. It was very reasonable (for a Voit Lung), and the previous owner was kind enough to let me make payments on it...

If my calculations work out like I think, You should be able to get a set silicone hoses in black, yellow, green or grey with matching silicone mouthpiece, reproduction ORIGINAL STYLE hose clamps, wagon wheels with new silicone valves and the new silicone duckbill valve for around $120.00....The Voit gray mouthpiece will be slightly higher as the mold is costing a fortune to get the lettering and scroll type work done...These parts will have no equal on the market by a long shot.
