Gee, what a surprise. As contractor I could tell you horror stories about big box stores, especially Home Despot. I am fortunate enough to still have an old TRUEVALUE where I live and I go out of my way to support them. I recently built an airlift and those guys made the plumbing for it easy. The only thing I sourced out of HD was the ten foot 4" PVC sections.treasureman wrote:bought some herbie clips one inch, they are too short.. seems that none of the local suppliers home depot etc know what a ratcheting clamp it. They kinda look at you like your from mars.
I don't understand what this has to do with hose clamps? Or am I missing something here?treasureman wrote:An airlift. now that is something i could go for. I have a area about an hour away where i have been searching for 30 years for the paymaster box off an old barge. The barge is long gone, but i need to get some of the sand off the area. Do you have plans for this lift![]()
Four inches sounds about right for what I need.
