One of these things just dosent belong.....
I've never seen a 2nd stage stem without a weep hole for extra adhesive to escape from......It came out of a mid years RAM that had plenty of signs of being serviced in its life....Any ideas ?

Probably a production variation, an oversight. Some of those regs were made in Japan. If it's to be reused might be good idea to drill it. A #60 should do the trick.
