Vintage Gear Presentation

Wed Apr 04, 2007 4:27 am

I had an exhibit of my vintage gear collection tonight at a LDS on Hickam AFB. While we didn't have a large turnout, the owner was impressed enough to try a bigger presentation.

While I kinda feel funny showing off my gear when there are others on the Island with a nicer collection... I had a great time showing off my 'toys'.

Check out my photo at the gallery... http://www.vintagedoublehose.com/forum/ ... itemId=798

EXCELLENT!! Thank you!!! That's the kind of stuff we need from everyone. This is the best way to spread the word about Vintatge Equipment Diving. Your display looked fantastic.
If anyone is doing something similar or has the opportunity to talk to a group of divers please let James or I know and we will be happy to forward you some NAVED brochures to hand out.
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB

I did, I've even dove it a couple times... I'm debating on whether I should re-paint the cans, powder coat them, or just leave them alone.

I may show off my stuff at IDH's other store also. I spent allot of time on a power point presentation, but unfortunately there wasn't really enough people there to get the full effect.

Fishboy
Look in Greg Barlows gallery, and then consider a repaint. He did have enough left over for a second regulator.
