Mistarl is now up

Sat Nov 11, 2006 12:21 pm

That pristeen Mistarl I got is now up and running. I had to resurface the seat twice to get it to seal properly. cant wait for Bryans new ones as I will get a couple for spares. Once I adjusted the height of the levers, and locked it in place, I tried it out on my tank.

While not tweaked as some of you do it, I sure like that nozzle sticking into the inhalation horn. It is a different kind of breathing. I cant describe it, but it is easy to breath at least on land, but the effort required is quite different.. Its rather nice.

Anyone have experience with a mistral as a work horse reg doing U/W work. How does it deliver .

Put some stretchy hoses on it which kind of kills the Mistral look, but that mint yellow plate sure sticks out
