Bryan,

I have noticed in a video by Rob showing the Kraken in action that on your Kraken you use a transponder for your HP outlet and it is set at 90 degrees to the outlet.

Do you sell the attachment that sets the transponder at 90 degrees to the HP outlet on the Kraken :?:

If so how do I order one :?:

Logo on two types of mesh material that a custom dive bag maker did samples of. Trying to come up with a nice bag for you to store and transport your Kraken in.

Yeah?!, What is that thing? Is it an internal venturi nozzle? That's HUGE.

Polishing the 2nd stage volcano orifices before they go for plating. Thanks for the great tool Herman!

That glass does look a huge banjo:)

Glad the tool is works. For those curious, the 3 holes are bored to tight tolerences and hold the volcano at dead on perpendicular to the sand paper that is on a milled flat surface. The volcanos are turned a couple of times to polish the face of the volcano. The reason for 3 holes is simply to allow a lot more parts to be polished before the sheet of sandpaper needs to be moved, otherwise they are identical holes.

This may or may not be off topic but I could not find an answer any where else on the board.

I posted a link to the Arognaut thread on nwdiveclub.com/ back when the crowd funding was happening. There are some divers on that board that seem interested in a new DH reg, however, you cannot see any of the photos in the VDH posts unless you log into VDH.

So, is it better to keep things semi-private and have a ton of new users, or is it better to allow people to surf through the site without a user id and make everything public?

Or maybe I should not be sharing Argonaut news in another dive forum? I've been assuming that anything on the VDH website was public information and I find some of the engineering aspects of the Kraken pretty fascinating.

From a web design point of view, the reason that a lot of site admins, myself included, make pictures contingent upon having a login is that it increases web site traffic. The primary reason for most web sites, and I know that you guys already know this so please bear with me, is to generate money. If people can do everything without a login, then they usually do not stay on a site as long, or purchase things as often. Plus, bots and other indexing utilities can then steal pictures off of this page and put them on search engines, without linking them directly here. That also costs a site traffic. Bryan is the boss, so if he wants pictures public then I will gladly do so. Getting a login takes only a moment, and analytical models have shown that it does help business. It's also hard to get a community forum to have new material and threads if you let everyone view and browse everything without a login. I know of some forums that do not even let you see threads without a login. Car forums are commonly set up that way. I hope this helps, and answers your questions :)
