Thank you to everyone that participated in the annual VDH Christmas fundraiser. This weekend we will be purchasing canned goods and other staple food items with the proceeds and will be dropping them off at one of the Metropolitan Ministries locations here in the Tampa area. They in turn handle the distribution to needy families in the area. The donation is made in the name of NAVED and the Vintage Equipment Divers worldwide.

I have two words for you: FLATHEAD LAKE. Crystal clear, HUGE lake that's fed by the Flathead River... With Glacier Water that started as Avalanche Creek in Glacier National Park! I snorkeled in that lake once. It was cold but crystal clear and has a lot of fisheries history from fished out exotic species... I bet you can find a lot of historical artifacts in that lake with Scuba and a wet suit! Congrats on your win! :D
