Cleaning out some stuff and found my old U/W light meter.  Anyone remember these from the 70's?

I still have mine too... been sitting in a box with a Nikonos III for decades but I just cant part with it

I still have two working examples and occasionally use it as a secondary meter source. This photo is two camera iterations before my current Nauticam/Canon rig, a Canon AXXX something other in a Ikelite box housing with an Inon wide angle lens, strobe and the Sekonic:



Seemed to work okay because the photo above was shot by a pro using a DSLR and here with my really, really, really, old school Canon, managed this:



Of course, Luis, I think it is, helped with some additional back lighting, thanks!

The Canon light meter of this generation Canon P&S was not very good and I had better results using the Sekonic and then dialing the numbers into the Canon. My current, apparently according to some GEN Xer, S90 is old school (what a maroon), but at least the exposure meter is easy to use thus negating the need for the Sekonic.

I remember those and I wish I had one now! I have a Sekonic for land based cameras when I used my 4x5 view cameras but not a underwater model. I wish could find one in good condition for a good price!

Here's the Dacor/Seconic, made for Dacor with the revised body having a place for mounting bolt. Less bulk than the aftermarket devices required to mount the original Seconic.
