UPDATE:
This is what happens when you dont pay attention to what you are doing and try to force things. Had the brass pad been aligned with the first stage hole, I never would have had an issue.

Contact Rob at The Scuba Museum. I sold him most of my horseshoe lever parts and he should have an original or two around. What inventory I do have I need to keep for customer regulators being serviced. I have no plans to re-make this part.captain wrote:Yes it replaceable and Bryan has them.
