Thanks Dalec! This was ready to dive, but I have to give it to my dive shop soon to verified O ring and filter. It works very well as my Calypso II who was absolutely new.

So I'm the happy winner! 8)

The reg is in perfect condition, with a West Warner Avenue brass plate with the Serial
n°237056. The box is entire made of brass except the yoke and screw who was made of zinc(?). The hookah port is non functional as well.

The yoke have the later screw with marks on both sides Aqua-Lung & US Divers. There is a sign "mu" stamps on the base on the yoke. There is another "M" sign, that I've never seen before, on the back body just under the yoke parts. The filter, also made of brass, appear to have been replace and never been used on the water.

Hose is in perfect condition, just a little bit dusty. The mouthpiece is the later one, 1968-1972 period. On the vinyl hose clamps, all the screws -- except one who was probably replace -- was made of brass.

If you have more informations about this reg, please let me know. I wonder myself if I will open the reg to find more information but I'm afraid to scratch the paint or worst! Firstly I will open the mouthpiece and verified and cleaned the valves and cleaned the hose clamp.

All my grateful to Mark Howell for these amazing knowledges and publications and all my thanks to everybody on this forum and especially the moderators who have help me to have a better comprehension of the double hoses regulators!

Hey Jig! Your search for a non mag is over :D You can post that on the Vintage Scuba group on FB.

Is it the same reg from e-bay? Good catch then if it was. Très bien!

Hi Roberto!
Yes it is the same reg as seen on Ebay last week. My researches on DAAM A-Mag are almost over. I've to find the aluminum bottle to fit with this nice regulator, with a Non Mag manifold! You could wish me good luck! :? Ad I probably by a standard DAAM for the pleasure to have such piece. I really likes the DAAM with the satin chrome brass body!

I've put the picture on your Fb's group! Merci beaucoup!

If you posted pictures on the facebook page they are not showing up? Perhaps you can look and re-post them.

If you click on the little picture of the envelope under anyones avatar on the site it lets you E-mail them directly.....Sorry but I don't use PM's cause I can't keep an accurate copy of them. Or at the top of every page of the site under the "Contact Us" tab you can always find a direct E-mail link to me....

I see the reason:

Jig initially posted in a group called "Vintage Scuba" on FB, and not the VDH site... Therein lies the confusion :D

Image

It was a site that predated the creation of the VDH FB page, but the activity level of the VDH page is a lot higher.
