From SD I proceeded south and did a dive at BHB and then over to Jupiter for six dives with Kyalami as my op. Saw the largest loggerhead turtle I have ever seen and the largest Lemon shark as well. Quite a few large Goliath groupers as well despite aggregation being several months off yet. The lemon shark would not come in close, just kind of drifted off our collective bow off and on through one of the dives, curious, but not that curious to come in and visit I guess

As to 'youts, there are no scuba 'youts. No matter where I go, diving that is, all I see are vintage people. Most have new gear, highest dollars stuff that can be gotten but they have grey hair on top and grey matter inside. Younger folks do not scuba dive, simply not into becoming good at a few things but instead like to "experience" a smorgasbord of mini-adventures and then cross each one off. I get it, sorta. We just need to be happy, dive as long as we can and the rest will fall out as it will in the fullness of time.
