Bryan's latest reproduction hoses...

Fri Oct 12, 2007 8:47 pm

I had the opportunity to use Bryan's new reproduction hoses last weekend while diving with Rob S.. All of the effort with R&D at Portage certainly paid off, as they are simply excellent. The length is just right for those using either a basket harness or a hard BP.

The style and spacing of the hose convultions allows the OAL to work well either relaxed or while stretched for air sharing skills. The durometer is also correct, and feels very close to that of NOS examples.

Nuff' said other than, well done Mr. Pennington!

I have posted a few pictures on my Gallery site. If anyone can use their PC skills to move them to this message, have at it.

I agree with Greg. Those hoses are a steal at 40 bucks a pair. They are half the price of Stuart's silicone and they are very diveworthy. I was honored to be part of the R and D team that made them the right lenght and durometer.
