CLUELESS: Please Help

Mon Feb 11, 2013 3:21 pm

Recently, my grandma had me clean out the basement. She used to attend auctions with my grandfather. I stumbled across a vintage Survivair U.S. Divers CO. Miner's Diving Kit. She has no idea why he purchaced it, but told me to get rid of it. We live in Western Pennsylvania and have no use for it. What could I do with it? I don't think I'm allowed to put the tank in the trash. Are there any collectors for things like this? All the items come in a really neat blue trunk. Any info at all would help.

It's not scuba equipment so there is not likely any interest here. You might want to give thes guys a call, they may buy it from you... http://www.dalmatianfire.com/Sell_your_equipment.htm

The vintage US Divers Survivair were normal SCUBA HP tanks. 3/4 O ring fitting etc
Made great children's tanks--had a number of them for my tribe...think we still have 2 or 3 some where in the famly.

Can you post pictures - they would be of no value as current CBA but great for an 8-10 year old diver.
