Looking good Tom. Been thinking about ordering from http://www.lacrawfish.com/ myself. I haven't had a mess of crawdads in a long time. We won't be able to dive for them until July or August up here. A whole event in itself.

Looks like a very Good Friday indeed, my friend!
Going to be Tofurkey and cranberries for us on Sunday.
Not quite the same as crawfish, but I do fix it pretty good. You and Mama have a fine holiday, and to everybody else out there too!
