Let's see... a container full of DA plates, some nozzles, valves, a .223, a .30 (?), some diver figurines (one in dire need of repair), long yoke, a whole bunch of q-tips, a DBE, loctite, and nylon thread for the duckbills...

Uh, not sure...a typical afternoon?

I would guess that you were taking pictures of a regulator that you are working on and missed the regulator? LOL

I'm always amazed at the wide variety of stuff that accumulates on any flat surface that I work around. I'm sure there is a good reason why I put each of these items where they are but for the life of me I doubt I could tell you what that reason was.. :D

A few years ago I stopped at a convenience store in da hood (Kansas City Kansas) and at the checkout counter next to the 40's, single chore boy pads, trucker crank, various TOBACCO smoking accessories I see this container of lighters that look just like one of the suits that Phil Nuytten builds. It was a must have item. I think I even E-mailed Phil a picture of it. It's been on the workbench for years. Then my 4 year old asks to see it and has it in her hands for LESS THAN A MINUTE and the next thing I know she says it broke :(
The nozzles are all RAMs and after I get them cleaned up and rebuilt I'll put them in the store for sale.
The Phoenix nozzles are various samples/failures/experiments etc and the ammo just gets in there from having only one workbench and several hobbies....

Its nice to the birthplace of so many good things :D

I used to work on a bench, but now I just end up working on the floor... at least parts don't have very far to fall.

Thanks for the glimpse inside your lair, Bryan. It's so much neater than my hubby's warehouse. Now, I just need a peek inside the Batcave and my bucket list is complete....

I have a binge and purge method to my workbench. It gets progressively more cluttered until it drives me nuts, then I clear everything off and start over. Right now, it's all in boxes, since I had to move all of my work areas to make room for the window installers.
