Apparently, this is the only course that could save your life:

At least they're not taking it too seriously:

WTF...Are peoples brains completely void of any need, want or desire to explore underwater simply for the adventure of it all ? I see tons of ads for Listen to your ___underwater while you dive.....Talk to your buddy underwater...Take your ___Phone underwater..WTF....Why not just stay at home in your basement and stop cluttering up the dive sites. In the not so distant future there will be a comments on SB that go like.....Which dive boat has the best U/W Wifi? How to I get streaming video U/W in Belize? I can't miss that Law and Order marathon this weekend......I am so pissed off....I went to this _____dive site and all these fish kept swimming between the screen and my mask and I missed some of the ingredients in the recipe they were making on Food Network!!!! IRON CHEF RUINED BY GOLIATH GROUPER!!!
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB

You are right Bryan. I do have various full face masks with underwater comm. An AGA, a couple of Kirby Morgan EXO-26's all have OTS wireless comm and I have Kirby Morgan Bandmask and a Morse MK 12 with hardwire.I never even think to talk on them. I agree that chatting underwater is vastly overated. The one exception would be to talk like a duck with a helium mix.
