HAHA... "Bioprene" Nice to have a new and descriptive word for our natural insulation. Way to go Herman!

Just think, if it was compressible like foam neoprene we would look better the deeper we went!
The older I get the better I was.

-Hello Lott. It's the Vintage Double Hose regs and this discussion forum that got me back into diving after many years lay-off. In fact, I took an "Intro to Scuba" course just so I'd be familiar with the modern use of a BC, Octo, and pressure gauge. I was never formally trained on those things. They're good things and they have their place.
- But, the most fun diving I've had is with none of it! Mask, fins, tank, and DH regulator... No wet suit. Bouyancy set with the weight belt and it doesn't change. What absolute freedom and JOY!
- My use of the modern octo-stuff on my Phoenix has evolved with the goal of keeping as much of that minimalist freedom as possible. :D
