Dania Marine Flea Market

Dania Marine Flea Market
For you South Florida locals, this weekend, Thurs through Sunday. There was a time when you could consistently find DH regs at great prices but now they are few and far between.

Anyway, still fun and you still find the diamond in the rough on occasion.
Found a round label RAM one year for $5.00 that cleaned up just about perfect. Last year scored a pair of Force Fins for $5.00 and a MR12 III for $10.

It has been a couple of years since I have been to Florida but I have to agree there are some nice pieces of diving history to be had for a song at flea markets. I also have gotten a few five buck bargains there. I have gotten a lot of deals on regs, spearguns, tank checkers and nice vintage weights in Florida. I got a very nice tank tumbler at a yard sale for 12 bucks. It has done a yeomans job of cleaning a lot of tanks over the years. I must admit the old ball and chain did not like toting it in the car for a solid week on our vacation but it was worth the nagging.

Five bucks for a RAM? Nice!

Went Friday. Not much in the way of "vintage" gear. Some old doubles that was about it. Lots of mid 80's junk. Did pick up a nice Dive Alert for $10.
