Great article on the At-Pac. Some of my associates in Key West used the system. It worked great and the fiberglass shells added a lot of color at the dive sites we frequented. :)

I loved my At-Pac! I may have posted this photo before, but here I am in 1979 at Casino Point in Avalon on Catalina Island wearing my At-Pac and suffering from "emblem"-ism. Mark.

Here is another pic with 2 At-Pac's in the foreground. This was taken on one of our VW van trips up Highway 1 to Big Sur back in the day. I'm in the middle. The other two guys are my present-day boat partners. We still dive every week together. Mark

This shot is around 1986 (Fla Keys) but it is my original At-Pac purchased in 1978, Watergill regulator was purchased the following year.

Here is a link to the entire compilation by John. Great photos, articles and factory information. File size is 8mb so it will take a bit to download. Brings back lots of great memories!

Nice picture of the VW bus. I currently use my 1971 camper for many of my beach dives. Good for changing in, camping on location, and folks just like them. I use the handy sink inside for soaking my regs in aftert the dive.

It can haul a ton of gear and tanks and the drop down table makes a good place to eat what you speared that day. I would tell you more but what goes on in the bus, stays in the bus!
