NAVED window stickers

Mon Feb 20, 2006 8:03 pm

I have a friend who is in the vinyl lettering and advertising promotion items business. If there is interest I can look into having NAVED stickers made for your car, boat , tanks ,etc.

Great idea!
Doing it right should include some common sense, not just blindly following specs and instructions. .Gary D, AWAP on SB

Capt'n
If you do, look into those stickers that go on the inside of the window. The ones that stick to the outside don't last too long up here in the ice and snow. Those darn window scrapers work. I would really lone a few. See what you can find out.

Sounds good. I'll take at least one. And, yes, the inside sticking ones work best here.

It sounds like a good idea.

I would like a sticker I could put on my tanks.

Tank stickers are the way to go since the inside window stickers don't show through the window tint so prevalent in the South. 8)

I noticed that in the south the window are so dark. Isn't there some sort of law that gives a standard as to how dark they can be? Up here in the north you can get ticketed for too dark of windows. Anyway, the inside stickers are good for us "we don't have anything to hide" folks, but tank sitckers would also be ok. They are usually vinyl and will stay on for most applications. So, Capt'n are you going to be the "sticker king", sort of like the "t-shirt king of Cinci"?

I am waiting for a quote on the cost. As soon as I have something definate I will post it. Two different types(inside and outside ) may not be economicaly possible considering miminum amounts of each type that must be ordered.

Bryan, if the stickers are doable I might need a copy of the original art work use for the front of the card for the printer.

My new Tacoma TRD came with dark tint from the factory just as did the previous Tundra and my wife's Jeep. Most cars sold in the sun belt are equipped wirth dark glass. The front windshiled and front side glass are lighter tinted. We have this huge glowing orb in the sky that tends to parch us into dried up lizards---don't beleive me, move to Phoenix were we lived for a while---holy cow--sunburn in a car!!!
I would wish for Allan to get an inside sticker. I would prefer the outside type so I can put it on tanks, bumpers, my boat etc but anything is better than nothing. :D

All in good fun.

I wouldn't buy Rob's T-shirts if I didn't like him (and they weren't such great designs printed on high quality shirrts).
