I do not think this is a scubapro 2nd but it does have many similarities.

I think I have a similar Scubapro in route in a bulk buy of parts I made...If I remember correctly, a company called IDI out of California made a regulator that had a similar tube / venturi configuration like the one above in the early 80s. I worked at a store that carried them as a 3rd tier regulator brand. They also made the IDI power fin which was popular because it copied the jet fin and had a huge xl fin that worked well with the boots that were becoming popular on drysuits. The Turtle fin pocket was a copy of theirs i think.
Herman, if you are reading this, do these regulators take the same main diaphragm as the early Healthways we were discussing? If so I could reproduce it as it would obviously fit the Healthways and the Scubapro 108s. Guess you better send me that diaphragm if the offer is still open?

It will fit the Scubair, no clue on the Scubapro in the first of the thread, odds are a standard SP will work on it.
And yes the offer is still good, I will ship it to you .

I am going to say it may be a predecessor to the 11-08x-000 High Performance Second Stage. Differences are there for sure but the pedigree is clear to me. That venturi tube is not present in the pics and drawings I have giving me the thought of a predecessor or maybe even an evolution model that did not make the grade.

It is 100% not a 'Scubapro but possibly a knockoff. At the time when Scubapro introduced the large exhaust - they used to stamp the Serial number between mouthpiece Barrel and exhaust. There was never a venturi pipe inside the second stage.
