DSV for the Mystery Mess

A DSV for the Mystery Mess
Image
- My "Mystery Mess" started out as an overly corroded, dirty DA Aqua Master with damaged internals about 4-5 years ago. It began as a restoration project but I kept adding upgrades: Cyclone balanced first stage, HPR second stage, sensitive silicone diaphragm, duckbill eliminator, electroless nickel plating... etc. The latest upgrade is a new DSV mouthpiece and hose weights.
- I chose the gum rubber mouthpiece for two reasons: First, it gives it a vintage "Hope-Page" look. And second, it positions my teeth very close to the DSV... Keeping the DSV as close as possible to my face.
