This is my latest project.
A FX Titan II double hose conversion with HPR.
Seems to breathe nice.
If all is well it will recieve a DBE conversion.
Hope to get it in the water tomorrow or this weekend.
I still have the FX Healthways Gold to test also.

The second picture shows the second stage nozzle pointing at the can. In that position it will not have any venturi assistance to the flow.
You need to rotate the regulator body so that the flow shoots towards the edge of the horn.
If you line it up to shoot straight down the horn it will probably have too much venturi effect. Be very careful when testing. Do not suck directly out of the horn. Always have a hose in pace when testing.
You can adjust the the amount of venturi flow effect by just turning the can so that the flow from the nozzle just shoots towards the inside edge of the horn.
Good luck
How did you deal with the difference in thread pitch?

Luis,
The nozzle is not to far off from the horn.
Will adjust as necessary
as for the thread difference I ran a 5/8-24 die
over the 5/8-27 threads on the nozzle
seemed to lock up tight but still put on a drop of thread sealer

Got a quick dive in after work
20 min max depth 18'
real happy with the regs performance
Just picked up another Titan II
Serial # on the first one is C00047
does this make it the 47 one made?
