Nice write up Jim! Thanks for sharing your story.....I imagine there will be some really interesting tidbits on here the next few months. I can't wait to read them all!!!!

BTW, who the hell dives when it's snowing? It gives a whole new meaning to "frosty adult beverage".

That was a nice write-up Jim. I also enjoyed checking out the Deep Six link and watching some of your videos.

I have to say, I'm glad your club members are getting kids involved also.... If my grandfather hadn't taken me diving on hooka when I was 9 years old, I don't know if I would have ever gotten off the ground.... Or under the waves.... He spent his retirement gold dredging the Merced River. My job was to keep the big rocks out of the suction tube. What a blast! Those kids you took in the pool will remember that forever.

One other thing - That Wisconsin place looks an awful lot like Alaska. ha ha :lol:

Great write up SwimJim! Interesting to read of a diving contemporary agewise, yet in another world of winter northern states diving.......while erstwise I was in Florida. 8)
