Museum Sponsors Vintage Dives

Mon Nov 22, 2021 11:02 am

The History of Diving Museum on Islamorada Key in Florida is apparently scheduling vintage dives. The next one is Dec 11 and 12. Here's a snapshot and video from their schedule of events.

Don't miss this museum if you are in the Keys!
The older I get the better I was.

Are the folks who run the museum on the board as well?

I've not seen them on this board, but they do have a presence on that other board.

I agree, and should have said the same. Even my non-diving wife and M-I-L enjoyed it. Not only did we enjoy the museum, but also "Movie Night" after hours.
A sincere THANK YOU to all at VDH who make this wonderful resource available and to all the thoughtful contributors.

I did the dive with the museum in 2018. At that time it was a quick 10 minute guided dive in a lagoon in Key Largo. Afterward they served hamburgers and hot dogs, It was fun and good for anyone who has never used a double hose reg or hasn't used one in many years. The museum itself is great and any diver should enjoy it.
