Thanks to Captain and ScubaLawyer I found something else to spend my money on! That same day I searched and found one on Amazon that was advertised (accurately) as with jacket in immaculate condition, and inscribed by both authors. The inscription was of course to someone other than me, but I love this book!
Sorry about the angle. No matter how I turn it in my file it comes out horizontal on the post! Help!

Better? I just rotated it 90° right in "Paint".
