yes.
Hans Hass is mentioned on page about 90. I happened to first meet Dr Hass in about 1958-9 had him inscribe his name on that particular page.

Gilpatric was also the inspiration of Cousteau and his tribe.

Gilpatric died in 1960 in Santa Barbara, California about 100 miles south of me. I was honored to have visited his home.
