Reg rebrand

Sun Aug 08, 2021 11:13 pm

Was fixing up some of my regulators and decided to reinstall one of my Phoenix nozzle into my Argonaut can. Wanted to emulate Couv and went with a reg that ought to confuse divers later on: a Scubapro marked regulator!

It definitely isn’t kosher, but it ought to appeal to all the scuba pro fans out there. At least the main can indicates what’s really inside.

It IS sacrilege! Haha! In the past, I always tried pairing them with old conshelfs, then went with MR12s (just because of the connection between Voit and US Divers). I can’t quite recall when I started using 109s, but I’m sure I was heavily influenced by other SP fans (looking at you, Couv!).

Besides, I’ve always found the SP SPG to be very, very pretty - especially the black ones!

For the mouthpiece, I found one of my old Voit hourglass mouthpieces and stuck some Sugru on the front.
