Re: Scuba Heritage Days August 12th and 13th White Star Quar

I've got it on FB as an event but not a lot of replies so far. Still plenty of time to plan on going! I expect we will run up to Gilboa on Friday........As of now Hollwood still has all my spare Krakens so I'll be diving the new Argonaut single hose I'm working with and I'll have the new Argonaut wing if anyone cares to try it out.

Maybe Karl will bring all those scooters he acquired :D :D :D

Sounds like a large crowd will be there. Dan and I are traveling together and bringing lots of items to sell. The trailer will be full of vintage and non vintage dive gear, double hose regulators like an overpressure , jet air, voits, both Faux and non Faux. Some of them painstakingly rebuilt. A compressor, cascade system, trailer, computers, gauges, wrist mount gauges, Poseidon regulators, Us Divers regs, tanks, maybe even a set of Voit Triples all for sale. Join us for the Heritage Days event. I am getting up early to beat Rob to the best parking location! :P See everyone there.
First dives? 1967 and I never lost the fever.

If anyone wants something brought from The Scuba Museum let me know and I will pack it into the F150 so you will save on the shipping. I have shirts, hoses, FX cans and much more.

A great time was had by all. A lot of trading and selling was going on both days. There was plenty of story telling and super murky quarry diving ha ha. There were several sets of USD triples, a rare blue label Voit Lung, Krakens, slick skin suits, Healthways regulators, Scubapro THE KNIFE, and several vintage scooters. It is always great to see and dive with you vintage divers. I for one am looking forward to coming again next year.

Karl starred [as usual]. The Farallon torpedo scooter, all 100 pounds of it, plus the Aqualung Mentor put him over the top and beyond the reach of us mere mortals with our duck feet and Jet Airs.

Awesome display of vintage equipment, Karl.

We're not worthy!
