Vintage Double Hose

My son graduates from UCF this May and for graduation and to celebrate the end of tuition payments, we're going diving (we'll miss Sand Dog this year due to a family wedding). She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed is pretty fixated on going to the Caymans, so I'm looking for recommendations. I'll be using a PRAM and the new VDH backplate/BCD, and Ginny and Devon will be using Connie 14's so I'm not anticipating any hassles on the vintage front, but any info from folks on their experiences (good or bad) would be most welcome.

We like the Sun Set House. I am sure there are more deluxe places but it is a nice, diver oriented resort with good boats and a solid bunch of DMs. Excellent and I do mean excellent shore diving right from the resort.
