Vintage Double Hose

Vintage Double Hose was well represented in Alaska this week. In a single day, there were 2 Krakens and 2 Phoenix regs sharing the dive sight.

Here is a sample of H2O Doc's movie magic. He dives a PRAM with gray hoses and really cool, Jack the Frog Man sticker.

Today we ran North to Gagarin Island and Crow pass. There were lots of whales and Sea Lions feasting on the herring schools.

This Sea Lion came over to check out the Phoenix regs we were diving.

The "Mistral" Phoenix needs a different thread all to it's own, and that story is not complete. I'll try to get something posted in the next couple of weeks.

Also, the weather last month was snowy and rainy... We were removing snow and ice from the boat every morning and the docks were slippery as all heck! Most of our dives were with PRAMS or Argonauts and all the regulators breathed flawlessly.

And for the record, it was NOT too snowy to go diving, just wanted to take the kids sledding in fresh powder.
