Banjo bolts are kinda like the Holy Grail of double hose and require a jabberwhocky like search to obtain these mythical items. They were once obtained from strange fella in trench coat (or God knows what) down back alleys in a Manta Van often near old dive shops or deserted Florida springs and other diving haunts. The quest is not without danger, both mental and physical. You have been warned .

I think Rob has them. I do not know if he has acquired the Manta Van from said previous person of notorius repute.

He is known to haunt deserted and forgotten Florida springs and hang around sleezy old dive establishments. I did say there was danger involved , if only to your credit card.

Must be some reason someone hasn't. Other than the obvious liability that didnt used to exist in breathing underwater. Kind of like my cheater bar manifold that the now not local dive shop gave me a safety warning on.

I picked up the OEM USD banjo that Rob has listed. Thanks for the info guys! Looking forward to getting into the vintage game!

With the introduction of the Phoenix and Kraken the bottom fell out of the banjo fitting market. Rob and I have been talking about making more of them but I forgot where we were on it.....When you order from a machine shop you can't order just one unless you want to pay though the nose. Ordering in quantity leaves you with a gamble on how long you will set on your investment before you break even or see a return. That is the formula I use for everything in the VDH store.

Divers always E-mail me with .....Well if you made one I'd buy one...... In my head I'm thinking, well how long before I sell the other 399 of them?

Ditto to what Bryan says. I get wants of 1 label for some obscure regulator, so what do I do with the rest of the “minimum”?

Those photos remind me of the bone yards I have scoured for boats and planes except they are all functioning....... Double hose Valhala ????
