For the record, I used 8 pounds of soft weights inside the housing at the top of the unit when worn. This weight keeps the unit on your back and not wanting to ride upwards. I used no other weights other than inside the housing. The wetsuit I'm wearing is custom made to look like it's from 1974. It is a 5 mm thick wetsuit.

This is the problem child with these units. This is the one way valve on the end of the fill hose. There is a Schrader valve in there with an o-ring sealing it inside that fitting. This is a 4,000 psi Schrader valve I got off of eBay that is used in Racing applications.
