Vintage divers tell us that this label was produced in a shade of green.
We are working on finding that color so we may try to replicate it for you discerning collector's.
Check out our other labels on this fine site, LOOK under Media.

Jerry, I modified your post how I thought you would want it.....Sorry if I messed you up !

You can always find a direct link to Jerry's page from the VDH home page.... Look on the right and click on Regulator Labels

http://www.vintagedoublehose.com/labels/index.php Jerry's Labels.

I"m sure that Rip will get the Norhill label in there as soon as he finishes with the store page that is causing him all the problems.

It looks great! I can hardly wait to show before and after pics of the regulator and side by side pics of the real one and the replica!!! I just got the regulator back from the media blaster today and that brass looks great! The previous owner must have used a steel brillo pad on the whole front of the reg damaging the surface and label. From what I could make out on the front, it appeared to have been written on with the letters USS.
It might be possible that it was a military regulator and someone did not want to let the history be known. We will never know. I think it is an early version of Northill due to the fabric diaphragm and the mouthpiece is different than my other. The other has a rubber diaphragm. I will post pics when I get it assembled.
