Vintage Double Hose

Finished my Cyclone, HPR, DBE, faux RAM rebuild. The cans are from a thrashed West Pico AM, the body is from an otherwise junky Voit Navy. The internal hardware (bonnet retainer, etc...) are all NOS parts from a bag of stuff a friend gave me. Tire yoke from a friend in Alaska. Label from Allan. Amazing breather. The Cyclone 1st stage locked up instantly and repeatedly at 135 psi. Kinda fun creating something out of random parts.  Mark

Thanks Bryan. Appreciate you having the necessary parts. Also free Argonaut advertising - if you look at the reflection in the first photo you can see the "Argonaut Dive" sticker my son put on the back of my phone.

I was staring into a pile of DH parts in a box a while back and it suddenly dawned on me I had most of the parts for a reg. Couldn't resist the challenge. Now, on to that HW with the restrictor.

Yes, rechromed. Before rechroming the cans looked like someone had dropped them down a garbage disposal. Amazing what a hammer and a good chrome shop can do.

Wow... I missed this when you posted it in March. That's just beautiful Mark. SwimJim calls the Cyclone upgrade a "Hot DAAM".

DA Aquamaster + Cyclone + HPR + DBE = Hot DAAM!

I'm just happy someone gives a Royal DAAM about it.
