VR2 Help

OK so my bad luck with repairs is continuing. Im putting my VR2 back together. I have the first stage assembled and on a tank with 340psi. Air on--- nothing. I turn that adjusting screw down down down and can barely muster a slight hiss. So I plan to tear it all back apart and search for a blockage. If that isnt it, where should I go next. Im used to working on single stages because they are easy.
UPDATE:
This is what happens when you dont pay attention to what you are doing and try to force things. Had the brass pad been aligned with the first stage hole, I never would have had an issue.

Sorry for your luck Keith. I'll look around and if I have any spares I'll send em with your package.

I broke a Green Label DA Aqualung one time, so don't feel too bad!

Dropped the new nozzle in and all is good. Put my guage on and got the IP to 130 at about 350psi. I couldnt get a good seal on the second stage port so i had some air leak by. How will this affect my setting?
What adhesive do you use for attaching the 2nd stage seat?

I don't use adhesives for 2nd stage seats. Never had a problem.

Also, to commiserate with your misfortune, I recently put together a RAM and couldn't get it to quit leaking. During installation, the pin came out of the HP seat and wedged into the side of the sealing surface. Ruined the seat. Luckily, the volcano orifice survived, or I would have really been peeved.

Ok now I have a leak at the second stage volcano orifice. Is that gasket/ washer that seals the volcano orifice replaceable? I didnt see them in the webstore. I probably just didnt look hard enough.

Contact Rob at The Scuba Museum. I sold him most of my horseshoe lever parts and he should have an original or two around. What inventory I do have I need to keep for customer regulators being serviced. I have no plans to re-make this part.
