This is the shark pony bottle mount. This thing works really well. You can remove it or add it to a set of tanks in seconds. It has a piece on the top that looks like a coat hanger that slips around the neck on either singles or doubles. It uses a military cargo strap (lighthouse for the blind stamped for those of you who remember this) to mount the bottom part. I used one of Roger's repurposed oxygen bottles as a pony. This setup works great for running deco profiles when you do not want or cannot logistically hang a bottle from a shot line. It is very easy to change out, which makes it nice on a boat. This is a great way to run a Jersey wreck setup with a little modern convenience.

I know VDH is not a free advertising service, but this is made in America, and available here:

Thanks for posting. This could solve my single stage DH reg with a drysuit problem...

Sitka,

What drew me to it is that it is easy to get on and off. So, if you want to dive a SS with a drysuit on a boat, for example, then you can bring three tanks and run the same pony on all three. they also make a really small mount for a 6 cubic foot aluminum bottle that works well on those vintage survivair tanks if you want to go that route.
